Apply for programme funding
Registered community organisations, trusts and institutions can apply for milestone-linked grant funding. Applications pass through an eligibility screen, due diligence and committee approval before a grant agreement is signed.
Process
The grant lifecycle

Intake & eligibility screen
Your application is auto-scored against PVO standing, audited accounts, governance, theme alignment, beneficiary cost-effectiveness and safeguarding.
02
Due diligence
The committee verifies registration, accounts, governance, banking, safeguarding and screens for sanctions.
03
Committee approval
Eligible applications go to the oversight committee for funding approval and a grant agreement.
04
Milestone disbursement & acquittal
Funds are released in tranches (default 40/40/20) against approved milestone reports, with acquittal at each stage.

You will receive a tracking reference (GA-YYYY-####) by email. Use it to follow your application through diligence, approval, disbursement and acquittal.
Initial eligibility score
Below 40 → not progressed. 40–70 → manual review. Above 70 → fast-tracked. Beneficiary cost-effectiveness is benchmarked against the registry median.
