Governance

Ministries, institutions and community organisations submit programme proposals through the partner portal with a full impact brief covering governance capacity and reporting structure.

The independent trust oversight committee reviews proposals for alignment with Nehanda's four themes, governance standards and reporting capacity. All reviews are documented.

Approved programmes receive milestone-linked disbursements. Mandatory impact reports are submitted quarterly. Annual outcomes are published in the trust's impact dashboard.
