Trust governance

Built for accountability

Independent oversight

An independent trust oversight committee — comprising civil society, legal and financial representatives — reviews all disbursements and receives milestone impact reports.

Segregated accounts

Trust assets are held in segregated accounts, entirely separate from Sable Bridge commercial capital. No blending of investment and giving funds.

Mandatory programme reporting

All funded programmes must submit milestone-linked impact reports. Continued funding is contingent on reporting compliance and outcome delivery.

Important — not an investment vehicle

Nehanda Heritage Giving is a community trust, not a collective investment scheme or financial product. Contributions are charitable giving directed to identified community programmes. Contributors do not acquire any interest, return, equity or financial claim.
